MONTQ-2021 ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

The Purpose of MONTQ:

In order to enrich the knowledge of the students during this Pandemic situation, Our Rev. Bro. Principal and the Members of the Faculty are immensely pleased to invite the students from all over the state to participate in this State Level Online and Offline Quiz Competition. The competition is arranged in such a way so that it could become a learning platform to all the students from Std. VI to XII all over the State. The winning pairs will be highly facilitated and recognized according to the nature of the competition.

Nature of MONTQ:

• The quiz competition will be conducted in both Tamil and English languages.

• There will be Four Rounds of questionnaire under three Categories.

First Category : STD VI – VIII

             Second Category: STD IX & X

             Third Category : STD XI & XII

First Prize: Rs.10, 000 [Certificate and a Shield].

Second Prize: Rs. 5,000 [Certificate and a Shield].

Third Prize: Rs. 3,000 [Certificate and a Shield].

Eligibility:

  • Students of all schools from std. VI – XII are eligible to participate.
  • Registration is free
  • Online Registration opens from 15.11.2021   to 25.11.2021
  • Winners from each school level will be selected in pairs to the next Level.

RULES FOR MONTQ COMPETITION

General Rules

 

1. The quiz competition will be conducted into  four rounds.

2.The quiz is accessible online in the following link MONTQ-2021 REGISTRATION FORM

3.The quiz consists in a multiple choice questionnaire on the general category. The winners will be chosen through an automatic draw from the names of the participants who have realized a perfect score.

4. Participants should have valid E-Mail ID and contact number for registration.
 

Round 1

 School Level (online) –Individual participation

  •  This round consists of 50 questions.
  • The participants gets 30 minutes to answer all the questions.
  • Each question consists 1 mark.
  • Date of  First Round MONTQ 29.11.2021
  • Top 10 participants are selected from each school and 5 pairs will be chosen for the next level.
  • All the participants will be facilitated with E-certificates.
Round 2: District Level (online)

  • The selected pairs will be intimated through E-Mail
  • The link will be provided to the selected pairs to upload their details for the next level.
  • In this round each pair will be asked 50 questions.
  • Each pair gets 30 minutes to answer.
  • Date of  Second Round MONTQ 01.12.2021
  • Top 3 pairs will be selected from each District to the next level .
  • All the participants will be facilitated with E-certificates.
Round 3 State Level (online)

  • The selected pairs will be intimated through E-Mail.
  •  Top 10 pairs are selected in State Level and promoted to the Final Round.
  •  Date of  State Level MONTQ 08.12.2021
  • All the participants will be facilitated with E-certificates.
Final round

Final Round (Offline)

  • The selected pairs will be intimated through E-Mail
  • The link will be provided to the selected pairs to upload their details for the Final Round.
  • Venue: Montfort Matric Hr. Sec. School – Ariyalur.
  • Final Round date has been postponed to the month of February
  • The selected participants are instructed to be present with their school uniforms along with Bonafide Certificates.
  • All the participants will be facilitated with Certificates with Shields.
  • The first 3 pairs are awarded as mentioned above.
