The brothers of St.Gabriel are a part of the world wide Montfortian  family , founded by St.Louis Marie Grignion de Montfort of France  in the early years of the 18th century. Montfort Brothers are pioneers in the field of general education, vocational education and the education of the physically challenged, the aged and orthopedically handicapped, fighting for the rights and development of tribals, dalits and urban poor, creating harmony and peace among religious and social groups. Today the Brothers of St.Gabriel work in 33 countires. In their quest to create a just and fraternal world they are guided by the Montfort’s Motto – “GOD ALONE”.
